Refer to your product warranty agreement  titled Covered Components for a complete listing of covered components, benefits, terms and conditions. If a component is not specifically listed on your product warranty agreement, it is NOT covered.

My vehicle has broken down, what do I do?

Take your vehicle to a qualified repair facility/shop anywhere in the United States. Be prepared to provide a copy of your product warranty agreement and vehicle maintenance records. Have the repair facility contact our Claims Department before ANY work is performed.

What is the Vehicle Protection Kit?

The Vehicle Protection Kit contains the product additive that is scientifically formulated to increase the performance and longevity of your vehicle. Installation is easy and instructions are included. We recommended that you install the product additive into your vehicle for the best protection. The Seller may have already installed the product in your vehicle prior to purchase. If your not sure, ask the Seller.

I haven’t received my Vehicle Protection Kit, when should I expect to receive it?

The Vehicle Protection Kit is shipped to you within 72 hours of our receipt of the sale data from your Seller, if the Product has not been previously installed by the Seller.  If you have questions regarding the submission of your product warranty data to us, please contact your Seller that you purchased your product warranty from.

How often do I have my engine/transmission serviced?

Your product warranty requires maintenance at regular intervals as required by your vehicle’s manufacturer. Please refer to your vehicle owner’s manual for the specific engine and transmission maintenance requirements.
